Our Mission
We believe through our higher power anything is possible. Change is possible. Overcoming your addictions is possible. We believe in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances. We need to be patient, loving and kind. We need to help people become the best version of themselves through our example of living and working the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. This is a team effort here. No one person can do this alone .
Meet Whyareyounuts
The animals were started by Founder Alycia A. When another late night was closed down, she was very concerned about where all those people would go. John A. is her mentor and has helped her. There are many people who have contributed to getting the group off its feet. I think Patrick R. was the biggest contributor, along with Beth T. Patrick R. is no longer with us, may God rest his soul. He was a light in this dark world. His Laugh was contagious. He taught us more about the Big Book than any other. He Loved unconditionaly. He will be sorely missed. We have a whole new team now.
